The Awakened Caterpillar Community for Sensitive Souls
The Awakened Caterpillar is excited to announce that The Awakened Caterpillar Community for Sensitive Souls is now officially forming! This is a very exciting time and 13 years in the making.
The vision for this community is to bring together a group of likeminded people who identify as sensitive on one level or another whether that be physicaly, mentally, emotionally or spiritually or a mixture of all or some of the above.
The aim of the community is to create a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental space to explore how self-healing and meditation relates to sensitivity and the power of our unique sensitivities to drive transformation and growth in our lives and those around us. This is a supported space for deep reflection and creative exploration into what drives our sensitivity and the blessings it can bring into our lives.
The community acknowledges that mainstream society does not yet support those who are sensitives in a world that can seem very much the opposite. There is so much disaccociation, numbing and conditioning going on in the world right now and there is a deep need and calling for sensitives to step into their power and utilise their gifts for the good of humanity!
A motto for the community is that sensitivity is a strength, not a weakness and can be an incredible blessing when harnessed and supported in the right way.
This community is here to celebrate all this and much more. There is a lot more information about the community to be published soon but there is an invitation for those who resonate and want to get involved at its inception. I’m sure those who are meant to will intuitively know its the right thing for them in this moment.
The Awakened Caterpillar Founding Members
The Awakened Caterpillar is now looking for founding members to join the community. These memebers will be pivitol in helping to shape how the community develops and grows over time.
The aim is to find 26 sensitive souls who are interested in becoming part of the community which will initially be all held online but with planned monthly in-person meetups to be organised in the future.
The offering for the founding members is the following:
Once attending a healing session with Joseph and having the chance to discuss the community with him and what will be involved you will be given the opportunity for free lifetime membership. For future members joining there will be a small monthly charge to cover costs.

Daily Live Group Mediation Broadcast
A live yet silent mediation broadcast every morning 365 days a year that can be viewed on demand if members cannot join live. The mediation will be conducted by Joseph and will be a series of different meditation and self-healing techniques that he has learned and developed over the last 13 years.
The meditation practices Joseph will be broadcasting will be published before the meditation starts so that members who want to practice the same can do so as these practices are taught on the meditation and self-healing course that The Awakened Caterpillar offers. Joseph will outline these meditations to the Founding Members during a weekly memebers gathering where certain meditation techniques will be practiced and discussed afterwards. This is a powerful daily opportuity to meditate in this space together and use a forum to share our experience and perhaps any challenges with one another afterwards.
Weekly Community Online Gathering
A weekly group meeting where certain meditations can be practiced and discussed. A guided meditation hosted by Joseph and then a theme of the week for discussion related to healing, mediation and sensitivity.
Sometime a guest speaker may be invited and a chance for memebers to share something with the group should they wish to. This will be one evening a week for one-to-two hours.

The Awakened Caterpillar has a huge amount of articles, content, ideas and inspiration to share with he group and these will be available exclusively for members only. These will include interviews with other sensitives who have something of value to share or offer for the group. These could include introductory online workshops for courses for example. There will be resources such as guided meditations, therapist directories and anything else that will be helpful for our specific communtiy.
Monthly In-Person Meetup
Once the community has been established, we will start to organise a monthly meetup with a planned schedule to include a theme for discussions, meditation practice, guest speakers, introductory workshops among many other exciting things!
The offerings will develop over time and The Founding Members will always receive free membership as a gesture of gratitude for thir support right at its inception.
How do I get involved?
To become one of the 26 founding members the process is very simple. Firstly, you’ll need to book a healing session with Joseph. This will be a two-hour session charged at £50 (normally an initial session is £75) where you will receive a full Reiki / Energy Healing treatment with plenty of time to discuss the community and what it entails.
This is important as Energy Healing, self-healing and meditation for those who identify as sensitive is the foundation of this community.

Once you’ve had the session there will be a chance to discuss the community in more detail and what it will entail and any questions that you may have. You will then be invited to join as a founding member should you wish to.
There are only 26 spaces for founding members and the free lifetime membership is a gesture of gratitude for helping the community get started and supporting it from the very beginning.
